We built the monster ourselves and shot the footage in few hours. For a first try I think it looks great.

Might want to use tentacles with less flexibility, as it appeared at times that the actress was doing all the work. Perhaps a rigid plastic pipe in many sections with a cord running from the head of the section down to its tail (and controller) which would permit it to be hard enough to penetrate and transmit force (like for a forward thrust) but also relax enough for say... a theatrical curl around a breast. (would need a more complex control mechanism)
anyhow, I hope that's more useful than critical. this is pioneering work in the tentacle porn field. MOAR! :D
